ApproachHow soon do we receive a first selection?
For most shoots you receive a first online selection within a few days.
ApproachCan clients select images online?
Yes. The client portal supports albums, favourites, comments and approvals.
BookingHow does a booking work?
After your request we discuss date, location, style and desired images. You then receive a quote or confirmation. The date is final once the agreed confirmation and any deposit are completed.
Client galleryCan we select photos ourselves?
Yes. In client galleries you can mark favourites, approve or reject photos and add comments per image. The selection is stored in the admin portal.
DeliveryWhen do we receive the images?
Delivery timing depends on the assignment and is agreed upfront. A short preview can follow sooner; full reportages require more careful editing.
RightsMay we publish photos online?
Publication is possible within the agreed usage rights. Commercial use, resale, editing or use outside the assignment requires prior written approval.
