Scope
These terms apply to quotes, photography assignments, client galleries, digital delivery, prints, albums, releases, licences and related services unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotes, booking and payment
A booking is confirmed after written acceptance, digital approval, contract acceptance or payment of a requested deposit. Prices, VAT, due dates and late payment consequences are stated in the quote or invoice.
Delivery and rights
Delivery takes place through the agreed gallery, download, album or medium. Images remain copyright protected and the client receives only the agreed usage licence.
Consumer rights and liability
Consumer withdrawal rules and statutory exceptions for services, digital content or personalised goods may apply. Liability is limited as far as permitted by Belgian law.
