Copyright and licensing
Rules on copyright, usage licences, credits, edits, downloads, portrait rights and enforcement.

Ownership
Images, previews, edits, texts and design remain copyright protected. Payment for a shoot does not automatically transfer copyright.
Usage licence
The client receives only the usage rights stated in the quote, contract, invoice, release or licence. Anything not explicitly granted remains reserved.
Private and commercial use
Private use is normally limited to personal sharing and prints. Commercial use, campaigns, paid promotions, resale or third-party use require an explicit commercial licence.
Restrictions
Resale, sublicensing, stock use, AI training, misleading edits, sensitive contexts or use outside the agreed licence require prior written approval.
